Question: Why should we rent from Nedin to Bounce?
Answer: Bounce house companies, employees and units are strictly regulated in Pennsylvania. Owners must register with the state, attend safety seminars, pass the state amusement inspector test, follow specific safety protocol, carry a specified amount of insurance, and only use inflatable rides that are specifically approved in Pennsylvania. We at Nedin to Bounce work hard to meet and exceed these standards as we carry higher insurance limits than required, and bend over backwards to meet the needs of our customers. There are many people renting inflatables out there and it is better to be safe than sorry when it comes to the care and well being of your friends and family members.
Question: Do you offer a contact-free delivery and pick up?
Answer: Yes! At the time of booking, we will discuss a drop off and pick up plan. At that time, the renter will designate where the bounce house should be set up on the day of the rental. Jim will email the renter the liability waiver, or drop the waiver off at the renters house a few days prior to the rental. On the day of the party, the renter will leave the envelope with the payment and the liability waiver in an agreed upon location. Then Jim, who will wear a mask, will set up the inflatable in the yard. Please be sure that all children and family members are more than 6 feet in distance away during set up and take down.
Question: Are your bounce houses and slides clean?
Answer: YES! We are dedicated to providing a clean inflatable experiences. We clean our units weekly with bleach after every rental. In some cases on a Sunday where an inflatable went out on Saturday, we may have to clean out the inflatable with bleach on your property prior to use. Although we do our best to keep our inflatable units clean, we are not responsible for the spread of virus' in this time of Covid-19. Renters assume all risk, associated with gathering people together. We encourage all renters follow social distancing guidelines provided by the CDC.
Question: I have kids. How do I know I can trust you?
Answer: As the husband of a public school teacher, and as a person who has been serving schools, churches, businesses and nonprofits, please know I have undergone criminal background checks for years. I have an excellent driving record, have never had issues with law enforcement, and have never been arrested. During deliveries, if you ever see me accompanied by my son, know he too is a public elementary teacher. As a parent, I know how important it is to only do business with reputable people, in order to keep little ones safe.
Question: What is your rain policy? Can I cancel if it rains?
Answer: In the event of rain customers can cancel the delivery with no charge, as long as the rental has not been delivered to the location of the party. If a customer elects to accept the unit(s) they understand that there is no refund in the event of rain.
Question: Can I cancel my order?
Answer: We allow cancellations up to 36 hours prior to the party with no charge (any deposits or payments will be held in your name for one year for a future booking-payments or deposits will not be returned).However, we ask that you let us know that you are canceling, as soon as possible, preferably a week in advance.
Question: How do I know that you will show up?
Answer: We have been in the inflatable party rental business for more than 16 years. We have thousands of satisfied clients. We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and are dedicated to making your party or event happy and trouble free! If you feel more comfortable, we can provide references from our other customers. We also call the day before to confirm delivery for your event.
Question: How many children can use the jump safely?
Answer: Most of our inflatables accommodate anywhere between 6-10. The older and larger the children are, the greater the risk of overcrowding and injury. We recommend no more than 4 to 6 teenagers and less than 5 adults per unit. We aso suggest that children of like weights and sizes bounce together. Remember we require a responsible adult supervise children under 18 years of age, in the bounce house at all times.
Question: Can silly string be used in, on or around a bounce house or any inflatable unit?
Answer: NO! Silly string will eat away the vinyl and leave permanent stains on our inflatables. Silly string may not be used on, in or around any of Nedin to Bounce’s units. If silly string is found on or in any inflatable a $250 cleaning fee will be assessed. So please refrain from including silly string during your event.
Question: Can I eat or drink in the bounce house?
Answer: No, food and beverages may not be consumed in or on any of our inflatable units. Please do not allow candy inside or on any unit. If food or candy is found on or in any inflatable, a $250 cleaning fee will be assessed.
Question: Can my child bring toys in or on an inflatable unit?
Answer: Children may bring soft-sided balls and balloons in our bounce houses. However, other hard-sided toys may pose a risk and are not suggested. Remember parental supervision is required for all children under 18 years of age.
Question: What should children wear on or in the inflatables?
Answer: Children must remove their shoes before entering or climbing on all inflatables. It is suggested that children are bare foot, as socks can be slippery. Be sure to take off all jewelry, and sharp clothing items such as belts. Remember parental supervision is required for all children under 18 years of age.
Question: What do I do if an inflatable deflates?
Answer: Please use common sense; do not deflate the unit while children are still inside jumping. In case of any malfunction, exit the unit immediately and call us at 305-393-6045 for advice or technical assistance.

Answer: Upon renting from Nedin to Bounce, the renter takes on all responsibility for those who use and play around each inflatable unit.

Answer: All of the rules are printed on each bounce house and or inflatable unit. These are the rules that must be strictly followed.
Question: What if I need some one to staff the inflatable or supervise children?
Answer: We do not offer attendants to staff or supervise the units. Renters are responsible for supervising children on and around he inflatable.

Question: How far in advance do I need to reserve?
Answer: We suggest reserving 2-8 weeks before your scheduled party date. We are always happy to try to accommodate last minute rentals. Just give us a call at (215) 353- 0711.
Question: Do you deliver to my area?
Answer: We offer free delivery within 15 miles of Hatfield. We do serve outside of the immediate area, however we do charge an additional fee due to the time and distance. Remember, we must drive to and from each location twice for delivery and pick up.
Question: Do you set up in parks?
Answer: Yes, However, you may have to contact the park authority to determine the requirements needed to set up. Remember, several parks do not have power, therefore you may also need to also rent a generator to power the unit.
Question: How much room do I need?
Answer: The standard size of our bounce houses are 15 x 15 but they need additional room around the unit for the blower and for walking. Some of our bigger units (slides, obstacle courses and combos) take up much more room. Please call us to discuss the size of our units. If time allows, we may be able to stop by your home and measure your yard.
Question: What time do you deliver & pick-up?
Answer: Rental periods vary, but typically range from 6-8 hours. We do allow overnight parties for an when available, as long as the inflatable unit is in a safe location and the customer understands they are responsible for the cost if stolen or damaged. Sometimes, due to scheduling we may leave our units overnight. We do our best to accommodate specific delivery and pick up times, but usually provide a one to two hour drop off window when dropping off and picking up. We do not offer discounts for shorter rental periods, as each rental takes the same amount of physical labor and driving time.
Question: How long does it take to set up and take down?
Answer: Set up usually takes approximately 30-60 minutes per unit, providing there are no obstacles on the surface where the unit will be operating to set and the same for take down.
Question: Do you deliver on holidays?
Answer: We do offer rentals on most holidays. However, be sure to book far in advance. However, due to the fact that we are a small family owned business and my wife is a teacher, we do spend some full holiday breaks out of town.
Question: Who is responsible for the bounce house?
Answer: The renter is responsible for the inflatable unit. The renter will be the operator of all units. Nedin to Bounce reserves the right to cancel and rental of we have any reason to believe that our property is at risk of injury or theft.
